Fighting 69, really, how could I resist not giving this one a try?!?
At first taste it I was quite impressed by how smooth this Irish whiskey was. Not too complex, Fighting 69 went down quite nice with an easy yet slight caramel finish. Very Nice indeed
You can always tell a good whiskey versus a cheap whiskey by the morning after. The truth is that I felt fine, just a wee bit hazy but functional. All in all, The Fighting 69 not a bad whiskey, just a bit underwhelming.
